The classes consist of “Silk Reeling” Qi Gong (Chi Gung) exercises that rotate and stretch all the major joints, ligaments, back and muscle groups. These are movements anyone can do and when practiced often, they can be very beneficial to whole body conditioning thus, improving health. They prepare the student for the practice of the ancient Tai Chi forms, which were at one time, a sacred and revered secret.

After the Chi Gung, we’ll practice one of several forms from Chen and Yang styles of Tai Chi Chuan.

Beginners are not required uniforms and can wear regular exercise clothing. . Bring a bottle of water and a towel.

Classes are free!
