YANG STYLE SHORT FORM

Part 1:

1) Opening, hold the ball
2) Ward off left, ward off right
3) Roll back and grasp the bird's tail
4) Single whip
5) Press down and lifting hands
6) Shoulder press, white crane spreads wings
7) Circle hands and brush knee left
8) Play guitar
9) Twist step and brush knee left
10) Deflect , parry and punch
11) Seperate hands, turn and close

Part 2:

12) Carry tiger to mountain 
13) Roll back and grasp the birds tail
14) Diagonal single whip
15) Step and fist under elbow
16) Repulse the monkey
17) Slant flying 
18) Wave hands like cloud
19) Step forward and single whip
20) Snake creeps down
21) Golden pheasant stands on left leg and on right leg
22) Cover and kick right, cover, kick left
23) Turn and kick with left heel
24) Brush knee left and brush knee right
25) Planting punch
26) Ward off right
27) Roll back and grasp the bird's tail
28) Single whip

Part 3:

29) Fair lady works the shuttle
30) Ward off left and ward off right
31) Roll back and grasp the bird's tail
32) Single whip
33) Snake creeps down
34) Seven stars
35) Retreat and ride the tiger
36) Spin and outside circle kick
37) Shoot tiger with bow
38) Deflect, parry and punch
39) Seperate hands, turn and close
40) Bow
